Tack-O-Scope

Rudolph Meijer Printing Ink Factory in Amsterdam developed the Tack-O-Scope and it has been a world standard for several decades.

Rudolph Meijer made sure that their experience of many years in the manufacture of Printing Ink would reflect in the design of an entirely new concept in tack measurement . . . . the Tack-O-Scope.

20 years ago Testprint BV developed an additional model of the Tack-O-Scope, the model W.
For the first time this enabled the user to determine the influence of water or damping solution on the tack of inks in offset printing.

The new Tack-O-Scope (designed in 2001) is a modular system; standard models can be upgraded to computer control at any time.

In line with Testprint’s quality control guidelines, the new system has been thoroughly tested to ensure its quality and reliability. As part of our continual process of product improvement and development, new analysis and control features are implemented in the software featuring statistical and data management functionality.

A complimentary maintenance contract provides the user with one or two updates of the software each year.
