Tackometer

The all new 'Tackometer' is the result of an extensive survey and development which has taken 3 years to complete and involved a task force with 6 leading ink- and varnish manufacturers.

Tackometer

The Tackometer offers a cost-effective method of tack measurement suitable in both laboratory and factory environments. The instrument features a special engineering units function which will assist in the correlation of data obtained on other tackmeters.  

Because temperature has an immediate effect on tack measutement the Tackometer is equiped with a (optional) built-in sensor which monitors the temperature of the rollers.  

Software

The control software allows for:

• realtime presentation of data on screen
• measurements to be stored, printed and compared
• testsettings can be altered, stored and retrieved
• zoom and scrolling facilities on tack and speed
• switching between manual operation or automated computer control
• editing fields for placing additional comments and observations with test result.
• calculations and statistics.
